Job Description

• Preparing strategies for SMEs for private equity and growth investment.
• Mergers and Acquisitions formalities, compliances and execution.
• Assessment of creditworthiness of existing or prospective Enterprises.
• Managing client portfolios and providing recommendations on credit and investment decisions.
• Preparing documents and complete formalities for growth, profitability and credibility.
• Examine financial (applications, statements, balance sheets & legal documents).
• Complete ratio, trend and cash flows analyses and create projections.
• Deliver a multidimensional perspective on the investment outlook in an accessible and informative manner.
• Risk mitigation strategies.
• Preparation of information of Borrowers and Prospective clients.
• Draft models of credit information that predict trends and patterns.
